Dancing Heals Inc. is thrilled to bring the joy of dance and fitness to the Canyon Meadows Community Association in Calgary. With Zumba and Barre classes starting on March 9th, 2024, there's no better time to get moving and grooving.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a newbie looking to try something new, these classes are designed for individuals of all skill levels. The Zumba class, running every Saturday for 55 minutes, and the Barre class, also on Saturdays and lasting 55 minutes, provide a unique opportunity to work on your fitness while having a blast.
