Approach led her to discover Pilates, which she became certified in and now incorporates into her practise at Zone Physio & Pilates. Tam is also a certified Pinc & Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Physiotherapist and has a passion for helping individuals with cancer through hands-on physiotherapy, Pilates, breathing techniques, and fatigue management.

Jonty completed his Physiotherapy Degree in 1997 and his Post-graduate Diploma in 2003, both in New Zealand. He has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of musculo-skeletal injuries and has always been committed to a holistic approach to wellness and rehabilitation. Jonty discovered Pilates and became certified in it, embracing its mind-body connexion and incorporating it into his practise at Zone Physio & Pilates. He is also a certified Pinc & Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, specialising in working with individuals diagnosed with cancer.
