Welcome to Zofia Flow Pilates, the best new Pilates studio, yoga centre, and wellness hub in Busselton. We are an inclusive, funky, and fun wellness centre offering a range of classes and services to help you achieve a happy mind, happy body, and happy life.

Located in Vasse Wellness Centre, our studio is your one-stop-shop for all things Pilates, Yoga, and Wellbeing. We offer a variety of classes to suit every individual, including Reformer Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Mat Pilates, Non-heated Yoga, Circuit classes, and Barre. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everybody, regardless of fitness level or experience, can feel comfortable and supported.

To make your experience even better, we have a creche for kids, allowing you to focus on your own fitness and wellbeing while your little ones are taken care of. Additionally, we have partnered with AYA Wellness to provide holistic health services, ensuring that we cater to all aspects of your wellbeing.

But that's not all we have a café in the works, so you can grab a delicious and nutritious post-workout meal or snack right on-site. Stay tuned for updates on the café's opening!

On our app, you will soon find a range of resources to support your health and wellbeing journey. From meditations and recipes to blog posts and more, we are dedicated to providing you with valuable content that complements your fitness routine.

Meet our owner, Soph! She is the passionate driving force behind Zofia Flow Pilates. Starting with just a few Mat Pilates classes in a community centre in Busselton in December 2021, she has now made her vision a reality with the opening of our badass wellness centre in Vasse in December 2023. Soph's mission is to encourage and inspire those who may feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, or insecure about working out.

She has created a space where everyone can feel welcome, supported, and empowered.

For the most dedicated ZFer's, we offer a VIP Unlimited membership for $65 per week, giving you unlimited access to all classes.
