Zodiac Gymnastic Club

Welcome to Zodiac Gymnastic Club! Located in Caterham, our gymnastics academy offers a wide range of classes and training opportunities for gymnasts of all ages and skill levels.

Our new permanent facility, The Arc, situated at 39 Western Drive, Caterham, CR3 5XY, provides a spacious and well-equipped space for all our gymnastics activities. With state-of-the-art equipment and expert coaches, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment for gymnasts to develop their skills and reach their full potential.

At Zodiac Gymnastic Club, we operate on a term basis, with each term consisting of specific dates and length. For the Autumn Term in 2023, classes will run from Monday 4th September to Saturday 23rd December, with a half-term break from Monday 23rd October to Sunday 29th October (no Rec or preschool classes). The Autumn term is further split into Part A, which runs from 4th September to 23rd October, and Part B, which runs from 30th October to 23rd December. Please note that the club will be closed from 1.

30 pm on 23rd December to Sunday 7th January, except for ZodiArc, which starts back on Friday 5th January.

For the Winter Term in 2024, classes will run from 8th January to 25th February, with a half-term break from 12th to 18th February. The Spring term will run from March to April 2024, and the Summer term will run from May to July 2024.

Our pricing structure is based on two-month blocks for preschool and recreational classes. As we close during the holidays, the length of each block may vary, but on average, it is approximately seven weeks. For example, the cost for preschool classes is 6. 95 per session, multiplied by seven weeks, amounting to 48.

65. For recreational classes that run for one hour per week, the cost is 8. 75 per session, multiplied by seven weeks, resulting in 61. 25.

The cost for recreational classes of one hour and fifteen minutes is 9. 75 per session, multiplied by seven weeks, costing 68.

We also offer squad classes, which are invite-only and vary depending on the group and training hours. The prices for squad classes are as follows: Development squad, training between 2–4 hours, costs between 40 to 60; Floor & Vault Squad, training 3 hours and 15 minutes, costs 50; Girls squad, training between 5–9 hours, costs between 65-85; and Display Team, which trains for 1 hour and 30 minutes, costs 31. 25.

We are committed to fundraising efforts to improve our facilities and equipment. Recent fundraising initiatives, such as bake sales and sponsored events, have allowed us to invest in equipment repairs and replacements. We have upgraded our matting, added foam to a mat, purchased new strips of floor area for extra padding, and replaced damaged covers. We have also acquired new equipment, including a big air mat, a smaller air spot, an air barrel, a hopscotch mat, and beam wraps.
