Ystradyfodwg Bowls Club, located in Pentre and situated in Pentre Park opposite the 3G pitch, is a vibrant and welcoming community bowls club. The club is proud to be a part of the Rhondda Bowls League and Rhondda Indoor Bowls, providing its members with opportunities to compete and enjoy the sport year-round.

Ystradyfodwg Bowls Club takes pride in its achievements and displays its club competitions winners on its website. In 2023, Paul Raby won the Singles competition, while Tony Jeffrey and Dennis Pritchard triumphed in the Pairs competition. The Triples competition was won by Stephen 'Billy' Hull, John 'Sion' Phillips, and Paul Raby.
The club's fixtures for 2024 are yet to be confirmed, but it will be arranging games against various other clubs such as Beddau, Gelligalad, and Maerdy, among others. The club participates in different competitions including the Gareth Wales Cup, the Mal Davies Cup, the WD Jones Cup, and the John Dayment Cup.
