The classes at Youth Fitness Co (formerly FiitKids) are inspired by callisthenics, gymnastics, and functional movements. They are specifically designed to help children and teenagers develop strength, resilience, and independence. In these group fitness classes, your child will learn about teamwork and independent discipline in a fun and engaging environment.
The fitness sessions are suitable for kids aged from 4 to 16, regardless of their current fitness levels. Each class is led by a fully qualified coach who specialises in kids fitness. These coaches ensure that every child is not only included but also encouraged to strive for their personal best.
Whether your child wants to improve their strength to support other sports or activities or simply has some extra energy to burn, Youth Fitness Co can help. The programmes at Youth Fitness Co are specially designed with physical development stages in mind. This means that your child will be learning skills and movements in line with their physiological development and with kids of the same age.
There are different classes available based on age groups. Juniors (ages 4-6), Kids (ages 7-11), and Teens (ages 12 and up) all have their respective classes that cater to their specific needs and abilities. You can choose to book your child on a casual basis or save by booking for the whole term.
