At Your Next Move Fitness, we provide personal training and group workouts in the Worthing and Arundel area. Whether you are new to exercise, want to improve sports performance, or train for competition, our fitness training programmes will guide and support you to achieve your goals. Our programmes are designed to affect the whole person, focusing on achieving the right balance between body and mind. We prioritise developing your strength, speed, and stamina to help you become a stronger and fitter individual.
Our team consists of Martin and Emma Footman, both highly experienced and qualified fitness trainers. Martin, with his background as a successful middle and long-distance runner, specialises in total body fitness, strength work, and physical conditioning. Emma, with her background as a sports graduate and PE teacher, has particular skills in helping people of all abilities achieve in sport and physical activity. She focuses on motivating clients to reach their goals and works on their mental as well as physical development.
We offer group sessions that include Metafit and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT training involves alternating between high-intensity exercise and short periods of rest, making it an effective way to get lean, conditioned, and tough. Our HIIT sessions use the Metafit bodyweight training approach. We also offer YNM boot camps, which are outdoor group exercise classes focusing on strength and cardio exercises.
Our sessions are designed to make exercise fun and enjoyable, without the need for a military-style approach. We believe in creating a supportive and motivated community of like-minded individuals to help you achieve your fitness goals.
A new addition to Your Next Move Fitness is our Saturday morning HITT & Run session. This session will focus on interval running approaches down on the seafront at Goring Gap. It combines strength and conditioning exercises specifically for running in a HIIT format, aimed at accelerating fitness.
If you prefer a more personalised approach, we also offer personal training sessions. Our instructors are passionate about fitness and committed to delivering safe, effective, fun, and interesting workouts. Whether you are new to exercise, have a specific goal in mind, or are a trained athlete, our personal trainers will cater to your individual needs and help you on your fitness journey.
