We are a membership-based organisation consisting of 11 practises that have come together to deliver top-quality primary care services. In a rapidly changing world of health and social care, we aim to meet these new challenges by working collaboratively.
While our focus remains on the GP practise as the centre of primary care, we strongly believe that by working together, we can become more efficient and provide a wide range of support and advice to our members. Our integrated approach enables us to partner with other healthcare professionals and develop strong relationships with third and community sectors. This ensures that our patients receive comprehensive care and have access to the best resources available.
