Urchinwood Manor Riding and Event Centre, the renowned Horse Riding club in Bristol, is excited to invite all horse enthusiasts to join their upcoming event – Young Equestrians. Designed specifically for secondary school-aged riders, this program promises a fantastic experience filled with riding and stable management activities.
Held on the first Thursday and Friday of each month, from 5.30 to 7.30pm, Young Equestrians is tailored for riders who possess the skills to walk, trot, and canter. The sessions are not just about honing riding abilities but also about gaining knowledge towards achieving BHS Progressive Riding Tests. The team at Urchinwood Manor believes that learning can be enjoyable, and the focus of this program is to ensure everyone has a great time and for new friendships to blossom.
Young Equestrians goes beyond regular sessions. The group takes the initiative to organise exciting events and activities to add a touch of adventure to the equestrian journey. Members have the opportunity to embark on horse-related visits to prominent events like the infamous Badminton Horse Trials. But it doesn't end there – the program also encompasses social events that extend beyond the equestrian realm. Picture ice skating and Air Hop – these activities further strengthen the bond between riders and create lasting memories.
