York Region Football offers a range of football programs for youth aged 6 to 19 in York Region. The programs are divided into 4 categories: Development, Flag, Spring/Summer Rep, and Fall Rep. The club's goal is to organize, develop, and promote minor football for all youth in the region, using the game of football to teach teamwork, fair play, and sportsmanship.

The club was formed in 2016 as a result of a merger between the York Simcoe Bucs and the Markham Raiders. Since then, York Region Football has been dedicated to introducing as many boys and girls as possible to the game of football played under Canadian rules. The emphasis on fun is a key element in the club's philosophy, ensuring that each participant has a positive and enjoyable experience.

In addition to its football programs, York Region Football is actively involved in the community, participating in events such as food drives with the Newmarket Food Pantry and the Newmarket Santa Claus Parade. The club is grateful for the support it receives from its fans and community, and is committed to giving back through various community initiatives.
