At Yoga With Lesleigh, we believe in the power of yoga to bring balance and harmony to your life. Our team of experienced and qualified teachers is dedicated to helping you achieve mental and physical peace. Whether you are a beginner or have been practising for years, our classes are designed to suit all ages, body types, and fitness levels.

We offer a variety of yoga styles including Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. Our classes are available both in-studio and livestreamed via Zoom, giving you the flexibility to practise from the comfort of your own home. We also offer free meditation classes to help you find inner calm and relaxation.

In addition to our regular classes, we specialise in yoga therapy. Our teachers are trained in traditional yoga techniques as well as specialised areas such as breathing, body alignment and posture, relaxation and meditation, and mudras. We also offer Jala Neti workshops for sinus and bronchial problems.

Our studio is located in the heart of Toowoomba at the Redeemer Hall on Annand Street. The space is light-filled, air-conditioned, and provides ample parking. While we recommend bringing your own equipment, we do have a few items available for use, which are sanitised after each use.

We understand the importance of individualised care, which is why our teachers work closely with healthcare professionals to tailor our classes to your specific needs. We have experience collaborating with doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists to provide holistic care.

If you are interested in private tuition, retreats, or corporate sessions, we are available to cater to your specific requirements. We are passionate about healing the community through yoga and look forward to helping you on your wellness journey.
