Yoga in the Earth

For most of my life, but it was during a period of personal struggle that I truly discovered the transformative power of yoga. It became a lifeline for me, a way to heal and find inner peace.

Inspired by my own journey, I decided to create Yoga in the Earth, a gymnastics academy in Stowmarket that offers a holistic approach to healing. My mission is to make healing practises and treatments accessible to all, creating a nourishing space that nurtures the individual holistically for mind, body, and soul.

At Yoga in the Earth, we offer a variety of services to support your healing journey. We have therapeutic yoga classes, designed to relieve and heal the body. These classes are taught in small, private settings, allowing for personalised attention and guidance. Our experienced instructors create a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

In addition to yoga classes, we also offer Thai Bodywork sessions. As a Thai Bodywork Practitioner, I have been trained in the ancient healing art of Thai massage. This deeply relaxing and therapeutic practise combines gentle stretching, acupressure, and energy work to release tension and promote healing.

Whether you choose to attend our group classes or opt for private lessons, our dedicated team is here to support you on your healing journey. We believe that everyone deserves to prioritise themselves and their well-being, and we aim to create a space where individuals can do just that.

Located at 37 Ipswich Road in Stowmarket, our studio is a peaceful sanctuary where you can escape the stresses of daily life and nourish your body and mind. Our goal is to help you develop a deeper connexion to yourself, so you can experience a deeper connexion to the world around you.
