Lesley Ann Wittering, the organiser of Yoga and Pilates by Law, invites you to explore a range of classes suitable for all skill levels at her well-established studio in Nantwich. Lesley, a seasoned yoga and pilates instructor, has built a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
If you're just starting your yoga journey, the studio provides 1-2-1 sessions and introductory classes. Lesley and her team are keen to support beginners and are more than happy to discuss how they can help you along the way.
Whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for years, Yoga and Pilates by Law encourages you to try their classes. Lesley has a rich background in gymnastics and fitness, specialising in Vinyasa Flow, which combines movement with breath.
Her classes focus on balance, strength, stretching, and mind focus, catering to various abilities and preferences. Lesley's experience extends beyond the studio; she has worked with athletes and those recovering from injuries, including a four-year stint as a yoga coach for West Bromwich Albion and Crewe Alexandra Football Clubs. This demonstrates her ability to tailor her teaching to meet individual needs and goals.
Classes are held at two locations: Pilates sessions at the New Life Community Church Hall in Crewe, and yoga classes at The Hub in Nantwich. Both venues offer a comfortable and inviting space for your practice.
