Embodi Yoga's approach to pelvic health incorporates a combination of Yin and Restorative yoga, focusing on gentle releases and stretches to alleviate symptoms and build strength and flexibility. Additionally, participants will learn about posture and alignment, incorporating mindful movements into their daily routines to support their pelvic health.

Breathing techniques play a crucial role in pelvic health, and the workshop teaches participants how to coordinate the movement of the respiratory diaphragm with the muscles of the pelvic floor. By practising these breathing exercises throughout the day, individuals can effectively tone and relax their pelvic floor muscles.

A key takeaway from the workshop is understanding the importance of overall pelvic care. While Yoga for Pelvic Health is beneficial, it is recommended to consult with a pelvic health physiotherapist or other healthcare providers for a comprehensive approach to pelvic wellness.

The workshop consists of three sessions, each lasting 60 minutes, and is priced at AUD 270. Participants can also book follow-up sessions for AUD 80 per session. Sessions are valid for up to 6 months from the date of payment and can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
