
TWS Wellness – Personal Trainer, Training & Yoga in North Ferriby offers Hatha yoga classes that cater to everyone, from beginners to those with specific health conditions. Ali, our experienced instructor, will guide you through the class, helping you find the right pace and level of intensity.
Our yoga classes are a fantastic way to relax, uplift your spirits, and improve your overall well-being. We incorporate a variety of techniques, including breathing practices, physical postures, visualisations, relaxations, and mindfulness. By the end of the class, you'll leave feeling rejuvenated and in a positive state of mind.

Currently, we offer both online classes through Zoom and in-person sessions. We understand that everyone has different preferences, so we aim to cater to both options.
If you choose to join our yoga classes, please take a look at our schedule below. To ensure your spot each week, you have the option to book a block of four classes for £30. Alternatively, you can book a single class space for £9. We highly recommend booking a block of classes if available. Remember, class availability is frequently updated, so if a class appears full, keep an eye out as a spot may open up.
We kindly ask that you provide a minimum notice of 24 hours if you need to cancel your place or are unable to attend. This helps us manage the class sizes effectively.
Our classes are suitable for beginners, except for Thursday evenings which are suitable for all abilities. We also offer workshops that cater to all levels of experience.
For those who prefer a more personalised approach or want to learn the practice before attending a class, we also offer 1-2-1 private yoga sessions in Swanland. It's a great way to dive deeper into your practice and receive individual attention tailored to your needs.
