They offer LGBTQ+ awareness raising and training, Understanding Young Carers training, and also partner with Glyndwr Uni for senior leader training.

Additionally, YMCA Swansea is committed to providing safe housing options for individuals. Their Detached Youth Work programme aims to ensure that every person has a safe place to stay and access to the support they need.
