The studio is owned and directed by Yasmin McGrath, a Clinical Myotherapist and Kinetic Link Training instructor, and Sarah Grey, a Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor with a Certificate III in Fitness and ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Yasmin McGrath completed her Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy over 10 years ago and has been working in private practise ever since. With the establishment of the Finley Pilates & Clinical Myotherapy clinic 7 years ago, she now brings her expertise and passion to Yarrawonga. In addition to her clinical work, Yasmin is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Work and has a keen interest in understanding the interaction between the physical, psychological, and environmental elements of the body. She has had the privilege of learning from experienced therapists both locally and abroad, and her time working in Timor-Leste has fostered an ongoing relationship between the local community and communities in regional Timor.
Sarah Grey's journey in the fitness industry began in 2010, and she has been working in the Pilates industry for over 8 years. With her ongoing training and passion for movement, she brings a goal-driven approach to her instructing style. Sarah enjoys running and strength training and strives to help her clients achieve their individual goals through her enthusiasm for movement.
