Yan Ballet Academy's Elite Programme focuses on foundation training using the Vaganova Method, a ballet technique and training system developed by Russian dancer Agrippina Vaganova. This method is renowned worldwide for its effectiveness in developing the body for expressive yet injury-free dancing. Students in the Elite Programme have achieved remarkable results, including winning 263 gold and 184 silver medals in just five years, as well as the first-ever Singaporean gold medal at the Asian Grand Prix. Admission to the Elite Programme is by audition only.

Yan Ballet Academy offers classical ballet classes for children and adults, starting from Pre-Primary levels and progressing through 8 Graded and 6 Vocational levels. The academy is an RAD Approved Examination Centre with registered RAD Teachers, providing a systematic curriculum for students looking for clear progress measurement through RAD exams.
