We offer Spin and Reformer experiences, with two studios in the heart of Robertson Quay. Spin includes Rhythm 50 and Method 50, while Reformer features Slow Resistance Training through programmes like Sculpt 50 and Grounded 50.
Our Reformer programmes are built on Slow Resistance Training, using slow, controlled movements under constant tension. We also make it fully immersive with dynamic lighting and a music-driven focus.
We have two locations in Robertson Quay, with Spin at Martin Road and Reformer at Mohamed Sultan Road.
