XTEND Mosman

XTEND Mosman is a Pilates studio and fitness centre located in the heart of Mosman Village in New South Wales, Australia. It has been operating since June 2012 and is one of the first XTEND locations in the country. The studio is situated on the corner of Military Rd and Civic Lane, above Mosman Design Store, making it easily accessible from Spit Junction and public transport to and from Sydney's CBD.

One unique feature of XTEND Mosman is its second space exclusively dedicated to Fhiitcamp classes, which offer high-intensity interval training in addition to the signature XTEND workouts. The studio also offers other classes such as Sweat, Circuit 7, XTEND Stick, and XTEND Pilates. Liz and Adam Nable, the owners of XTEND Mosman, are longtime franchisees in the XTEND network and take pride in playing an integral part in the community and helping their clients and members make positive changes in their lives.

The Dee Why location of XTEND, known as XTEND Dee Why, is the second studio owned by Liz and Adam Nable. It is situated in Meriton's The Lighthouse on the corner of Pittwater Road and Howard Ave. Entry to the studio is through the Ground Floor glass doors, between Hero Sushi and Made in DY Coffee. XTEND Dee Why is conveniently located near the new B Line Bus Route and offers ample free underground parking.

Clients are encouraged to explore the newly developed town centre, which features a variety of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and retail stores.
