The soft play prices at Xplore vary depending on the day and age of the child. Under 4s and children over 4 years old have different prices, while babies under 3 months and infants between 3 and 12 months can enter for free or at a nominal fee. Opening times also differ between term times and school holidays, with various session times available throughout the day.

For parents with babies, Xplore offers a special service called Baby Weigh & Play. This service allows parents/guardians to weigh and measure their babies using Grade III ISO 9001:2015 accredited weighing scales and measuring mats provided in a private area. A member of the Xplore team is available to assist with the process and complete the baby's record book. The Baby Weigh & Play service is available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30am.
