


Wyld Morris is a vibrant and energetic dance club located in Bridport, Dorset. The club specialises in the Cotswold tradition of Morris dancing and is proud to be a mixed side of dancers and musicians.
Founded in 2010, Wyld Morris was created out of a shared love for the Morris and a desire to have a local side that would welcome women dancers. The club made its debut performance in 2011 and has been entertaining audiences ever since.
Wyld Morris welcomes individuals who are interested in joining as dancers or musicians. No prior experience is necessary, only a passion for keeping traditional music and dance alive. Practise sessions are held every Wednesday evening at Monkton Wyld Court in Charmouth, starting at 7:30pm.

Wyld Morris takes pride in their 10-year anniversary in 2021, which was celebrated with a documentary created by director Rob Jayne. The video was leadinged at Bridport Town Hall to an invited audience on May 4th, 2022. In addition to this documentary, the club launched a weekly YouTube video show as part of their anniversary celebrations, showcasing their performances and experiences.
