Wu Yue Dance Studio Arts Troupe is a renowned non-profit society in Singapore dedicated to promoting local cultural arts through dance. The studio aims to nurture young talents and provide opportunities for participation in performing arts. Led by the talented Artistic Director, Mdm Gan Beng Lee, and senior dance members who have obtained certifications from the Beijing Dance Academy examination board, the studio offers training and choreographic lessons of the highest quality.
Since its establishment in 2004, Wu Yue Dance Studio Arts Troupe has actively participated in various festival events and community projects, including the Chinese Cultural Month of Singapore, National Day Celebrations, and charity events. With over 75 performances to date, the troupe has showcased their exceptional dance productions such as Dance Image and New Rhythm at numerous events and festivals both locally and internationally.
Notable international appearances include representing Singapore at the International Childrens Festival of Performing Arts in New Delhi, Sibu International Dance Festival in Sarawak, Wonju Dynamic Dancing Carnival in South Korea, Singapore Festival in Hanoi, and the International Culture Festival in Indonesia. The studio's dedication to excellence and commitment to promoting cultural arts has earned them recognition on both local and global stages.
