Welcome to Wunder Pilates, a Pilates studio located in Sevenoaks. Wunder Pilates believes in the transformative power of Pilates, which develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit, as stated by Joseph Pilates himself. With its low-impact nature and endless possibilities for modification, Pilates is accessible to people of all fitness levels and can be tailored to individual needs.
At Wunder Pilates, everybody is welcomed and celebrated. Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, there is a place for everyone on the mat. Our mission is to provide a safe and judgement-free environment where clients can appreciate and improve how their amazing bodies work.
We offer a variety of classes to suit different preferences and goals. Our group mat classes are fun and energising, tailored for all abilities. These classes focus on the mind-body connexion, ensuring movement through the entire body and allowing you to be in control of your body. Throughout the sessions, you will experience improvement in flexibility, postural alignment, joint mobility, balance, coordination, and mindful breathing.
To ensure personalised attention and quality instruction, our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 12 people per session. In addition to mat exercises, we incorporate various small equipment such as foam rollers, resistance bands, gym balls, small weights, and Pilates circles to complement and challenge the exercises.
At Wunder Pilates, we also offer private sessions for those seeking a more individualised focus and personalised guidance. These sessions allow for a deeper understanding of your body's unique needs and enable tailored workouts to achieve your specific fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness goals.
In addition to in-person classes, Wunder Pilates provides its clients with access to the Members Area of our website, where resources and additional support can be found.
