At Wu Kong Tai Chi & Qi Gong, students are encouraged to consider their practise as participating in the return of knowledge from East to West.
The school is led by Ali Walmsley, the head coach of Wu Kong. Ali is a highly experienced and knowledgeable teacher, dedicated to guiding students on their martial arts and health journey.
