The school offers a variety of classes, including Tai Chi theory, Qigong (Ba Duan Jin), and different styles of Tai Chi, such as Yang style and Taiji Straight Sword. One-on-one tuition is also available for those who prefer a more personalised approach.
Classes take place at Marhamchurch Village Hall (Bray Institute) every Tuesday during term time, from 18:45 to 20:00. The first class is free, and subsequent classes are priced at 6 per session.
