Meet Kirsty welcome! Im Kirsty. Wife, mother to 2 little girls, and the owner of W Studio Pilates Safety Bay. I was very fortunate to discover Pilates over 15 years ago, during my professional dance and teaching career.
After initially gaining my first Pilates Certification in 2009, I then moved from the UK to Perth, where I completed my training and established W Studio Pilates in Safety Bay.
At W Studio Pilates Safety Bay, we are proud to be Perths first Classical Pilates studio south of the river. Our studio is an intimate home studio, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for clients to practise the True Pilates method created by Joseph Pilates. We use a full range of spring-resistant apparatus to offer a diverse range of Pilates exercises that can be tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
We believe that there is no 'one size fits all' approach to Pilates, which is why we offer personalised one-on-one private sessions. These sessions are designed to give you the skills, knowledge, and workout that your body needs on that specific day. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced Pilates practitioner, our one-on-one sessions will challenge and strengthen your body, while also improving your posture, flexibility, and overall well-being.
For those who prefer to train with a friend, we also offer duet sessions. If you and your friend have similar abilities and goals, sharing a lesson can be a great option. Our duet sessions allow you to enjoy the benefits of Pilates while also having the support and motivation of a partner.
We also provide postnatal duet sessions for new mothers and their babies. Our mums and bubs Pilates classes are designed to help new mothers regain their strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Our Mummy-friendly space ensures that both mothers and babies can enjoy their Pilates practise together.
