WoRun: West Ottawa Run Club

Participants have the option to choose between two different route lengths, approximately 5 km and 10 km, catering to varying fitness levels and preferences. Shorter distance options are also available upon request, allowing everyone to feel included and supported on their fitness journey.

Throughout the warmer months, WoRun explores scenic trails such as the Trans Canada Trail and National Capital Commission's Greenbelt, providing the opportunity for trail running enthusiasts to challenge themselves in a natural setting. When the snow falls, the club adapts by running through the neighbourhoods of Bells Corners and Nepean, ensuring that members can stay active year-round regardless of the weather conditions.
