Our facility offers a wide range of services to cater to your fitness and beauty needs. In our Life Fitness Cardio Studio, you'll find state-of-the-art treadmills, rowers, bikes, arc trainers, and x trainers. We also have Cybex machines and plate loaded kit for strength training. With our power rack, Smith machine, and cable crossover, you'll have all the tools you need to build muscle.
Additionally, we have a range of dumbbells up to 50 kg for your weightlifting needs.
Our gym also features a rig area equipped with a boxing bag, ropes, and a chin/dip station for those looking for a more intense workout. We offer classes for both women and men, including bootcamp, clubbercise, HIIT, Pilates, Zumba, pump, abs, tabata, LBT, weights, spin, and vibe cycle. No matter your fitness level or interests, we have a class for you.
In addition to our fitness offerings, we also provide bespoke personal training and nutrition plans. Our experienced personal trainers will work with you to create a customised plan tailored to your goals and needs. We also offer professional supplements from brands such as CNP, Time4, Grenade, and Applied Nutrition to support your fitness journey.
