Please note that currently, there is a heating malfunction in the poolside area. As a result, the air temperature in that area is lower than recommended.
However, we are keeping the facilities open at your own risk, with temperature updates available at the reception. Our team is working diligently to resolve this issue, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Despite the heating issue, our pool, spa bath, sauna, and steam room are still accessible to our Leisure Club members and guests who are 16 years and above. We kindly ask that users are aware that it will be cooler than usual when exiting these facilities. Worcester Swim and Sauna will not be held responsible for any impacts to health resulting from the temperature issue.
When it comes to food and drink, our hotel restaurant, Foregates Brasserie, is currently only open for breakfast. However, we gladly encourage our guests to explore the local eateries in Worcester. Our team will be more than happy to provide recommendations for dining options in the city. For those looking for a relaxing drink, our Star Bar is open daily from 6 pm, serving a wide selection of alcoholic and soft drinks.
