Trigg Island Surf Life Saving Club is thrilled to bring you Woodside Nippers, Surf Life Saving WA's fantastic junior surf program. This is a great opportunity for children, aged 5 to 12, to get involved in surf lifesaving and have an absolute blast while doing so!
Taking place every Sunday morning at Trigg Beach, from October to March, Woodside Nippers is the perfect way for young ones to embrace the outdoors and learn valuable skills and lessons about the beach. It's not just about having fun (although there's plenty of that too!), it's about creating a safe and enjoyable environment for kids to explore and appreciate the coast.
Woodside Nippers is all about getting active and trying new things. Whether it's running, swimming, or having a good old laugh with newfound friends, this program encourages children to step out of their comfort zone and grow both physically and mentally. It's a chance for them to develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging within the Trigg Island community.
But that's not all! Woodside Nippers also opens up doors to a world of opportunities in the realm of surf sports and lifesaving beach patrols. From becoming knowledgeable participants in beach patrols to embracing a wide range of surf sports, this program truly equips children with skills and experience that will stay with them for life.
So, if you're a parent looking for an exciting and engaging activity for your child, look no further than Woodside Nippers at Trigg Island Surf Life Saving Club. It's time to get your little ones out into the sun, surf, and sand, where they can make memories, make friends, and make a difference in their own lives and the lives of others. Join us for an adventure by the shore like no other!
