We also offer a range of fitness classes, including group cycle, yoga, pilates, and circuits, to keep your workouts varied and exciting.

In addition to our fitness services, we offer additional wellness treatments to enhance your overall wellbeing. Acupuncture, provided by Michelle Venter, is available to address a wide range of conditions, including aches and pains, mental health, women's health, fertility, and pregnancy. We also offer InBody body composition testing, a non-invasive and accurate analysis that provides detailed information on your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water.

Membership pricing at Woodland Wellbeing Centre is competitive and offers options for different types of individuals. We have membership options for Jaguar Land Rover employees, contractors, and non-employees, both peak and off-peak. Our membership prices include access to induction sessions, fitness plans, all classes, and swim and spa facilities. We offer a rolling contract with a joining fee and cater to individuals over the age of 16.
