Woodlands Skatepark, presented by Bright Dental, is a modern facility located in St. Albert that was built in 2020. This skatepark was designed to meet the needs of the community by providing improved terrain and features for users of all ages and skill levels in non-motorized wheeled action sports. The legacy of the skatepark includes using recycled concrete from the old park in the sub-base material for the new skatepark, as well as incorporating paving stones from the old park into the design of the new facility.
At Woodlands Skatepark, graffiti is not allowed as it can create safety hazards for riders. The park encourages users to share the space and keep it clean for everyone's enjoyment. It is important to respect other users and follow the guidelines in order to maintain a safe and fun experience for all.
The skatepark is open for use from 5 a. m. to 11 p. m.
