To confirm your booking, a deposit of £240 for weekdays and £288 for weekends is necessary. The club accepts both credit cards and cash, unfortunately cheques are not an accepted form of payment. A summer 2024 Golf Society package is available, running from the 1st of March 2024 to the 31st of October 2024. For weekend society bookings, tee off is scheduled for after 12.00 noon. The minimum payment required for 12 golfers is £288, which is non-refundable unless the booking is canceled within 7 days of the society date.
Woodlands Golf and Country Club offers different packages to meet your needs. Package A includes 18 Holes of Golf on either The Signature or The Masters Courses, priced at £22.00 per person on weekdays and £26.00 per person on weekends after 12.00 noon. If you're looking for a more inclusive experience, Package B includes Coffee or Tea & Bacon Roll on Arrival and 18 Holes of Golf on The Signature or The Masters Courses, priced at £29.00 per person on weekdays and £33.00 per person on weekends after 12.00 noon. As a society booking of 12 golfers or more, you can enjoy guaranteed tee times and qualify for Society status. Furthermore, Woodlands Golf and Country Club can arrange Longest Drive or nearest to the pin competitions upon request, adding an extra element of excitement to your day.
It is important for all participants to be familiar with the rules and etiquette of golf to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. The club prefers societies to play in either 3 balls or 4 balls and adopt the Stableford points system or some form of team golf. Medal play is not allowed.

When making your society booking, please keep in mind that a minimum deposit must be paid for a group of 12 golfers. For a smooth flow on the course, the suggested interval between 4 balls is 8 minutes. Weekday societies can start as early as 8 am, while weekend societies can tee off after 12 noon. It's worth noting that a round of 18 holes typically takes approximately 4 hours.
