Bradford's Women's Only Weightloss Boxercise/Boxing Classes are led by Jodie, an experienced boxing coach dedicated to providing a safe and empowering environment for women to enhance their fitness, lose weight, and master boxing techniques. Jodie welcomes participants of all levels, offering support and guidance to help improve boxing skills and overall fitness.
These classes blend circuit training with boxing, aimed at boosting metabolism, burning calories, and toning muscles. Participants also learn boxing techniques that improve cardiovascular health, strength, coordination, and self-defence skills.
Beyond physical benefits, many women find that boxing enhances mental health, boosts confidence, and instils valuable discipline. The sessions offer a release for stress and frustration, all while building a stronger body.
Classes are held at Monarch House on Spring Mill Street, Bradford, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm. Women of all experience levels are encouraged to join this supportive community to work towards their fitness goals.
