At Women's Fitness Studio, James and the team believe in personalised training. They offer one-on-one sessions that are all about you and your fitness goals. You're not just a face in the crowd – they really take the time to get to know you.

One of the standout classes is Floor + Core, a 30-minute session that hones in on your mid-section. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is a solid way to build core strength (just remember to bring your own mat).

If you're needing a bit more flexibility, check out the Stretch Class. It’s a chilled 30-minute combo of standing and floor-based stretches. Great for anyone looking to loosen up a bit and unwind.
