Women’s Artistic gymnastics is a discipline of gymnastics in which athletes perform short routines (ranging from 30 to 90 seconds) on different apparatuses.

The competitive WAG program is built from our foundation groups by inviting children from our general recreational programs.

Apparatus- Floor, Bars, Vault & Beam
