Women's Self Defence Classes at SBKR Martial Arts Centre

SBKR Martial Arts Centre, located in Glasgow city, is offering women's self-defence classes that aim to empower women and equip them with practical skills to defend themselves. The classes focus on Japanese Goshin Jutsu, a martial art known for its technique-driven approach against larger and stronger opponents.
