The Women's Only Strength Classes take place at PB Performance and Dave's throughout the week. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, you can join the sessions for an invigorating one-hour workout. If you prefer a more focused and stable class, the Tuesday session is perfect for you. And if you're up for a fun and dynamic workout, don't miss out on the Strong Girl Circuits Class on Tuesday as well!
