Whether you're looking to burn off those extra calories or want to learn the ins and outs of competitive boxing, these classes are perfect for you. Our experienced instructors focus on teaching the fundamentals of boxing, including foot and hand placement, movement, and the art of throwing punches. You'll also have the opportunity to work with speed and heavy bags, giving you a chance to unleash your power.
If you're up for a challenge, our circuit work and runs while throwing punches will take your fitness level to new heights. For those interested in sparring, we offer an option to step into the ring with an opponent and box. It's a thrilling experience that will test your skills and boost your confidence. However, if you have aspirations of competing in the amateur or professional ranks, sparring becomes a requirement to sharpen your abilities.
At Miguel's Boxing Gym, we understand that every woman's fitness journey is unique. That's why we offer personal training sessions and classes specifically designed for women interested in our Women's Only Boxing Classes. These sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with two time slots available: 6pm-7pm or 8pm-9pm. Additionally, we have a Women's Only Sparring session on Sundays from 12pm-1pm.
We offer flexible membership options to suit your needs. You can pay £10 per session, or you can save by purchasing a block of 10 sessions for £90. For those who can't get enough of our classes, our D/D Unlimited Boxing (Monthly) option is available for £80. Alternatively, you can make a one-time payment of £90 for Unlimited Boxing (Monthly) access.
