Women and Health Workshop:
What does it mean to be a woman in the world of sport?
During this workshop you will be introduced to how the body of a woman functions and how we can optimise our training to reach our full potential by working with our physiology and not against it.
The workshop will cover:
- Differences between men and women.
- How hormones impact every system in the body.
- Misconceptions about women in sport.
- Performance around the menstrual cycle.
- Nutritional informational specific to women.
- Live pilates class focusing on core and full body strength.
The workshop will include a: 1hr live presentation + Optional 30min live pilates class (purchased as an add on).
The workshop will be hosted by Accredited Exercise Phsyiologists + Qualified Pilates instructors.
