Nick Wolf, our founder, kicked things off after some pretty tough times with his own sports injuries. After two ACL reconstructions, he decided to turn that setback into a chance to help others. Now, with over 15 years of experience, he's got a solid track record of helping folks hit their goals and live healthier lives.
At Wolf Personal Training, we’re all about catering to everyone – no matter your age, ability, or fitness goal. Need face-to-face coaching in a gym, home gym, or studio? Nick's your man. He’ll whip up a personalised exercise programme for you, ensuring you’re getting the best out of each session safely.
If you’re more into online training, we've got you covered too. Custom workouts, tailored plans, and monthly updates – all with access to Nick on WhatsApp for that extra support and to check in on your progress.
We also offer sports therapy services – think injury treatment, rehab, and injury prevention. Whether you’re bouncing back from an injury or trying to avoid future ones, Nick and his team have the know-how to get you sorted.
