This event, which takes place in December, offers a chance for members, visitors, and their families to come together, meet Santa and his elves, and participate in a bumper Christmas Draw. Delicious refreshments, including mince pies and sausage rolls, will be served, and the bar will be open for further enjoyment. Billing information is regularly updated on the website, allowing members to keep track of their individual billing summaries. These summaries reflect charges incurred through participating in matches and provide details on the balance owed. Payments are typically made through BACS, as outlined in the monthly email, though they can also be made at the till. Further instructions for payment methods are available in the ring binder located behind the till.

Situated within the clubhouse is the rink book, which contains contact details for all club members. The contact information is to be kept confidential, ensuring the privacy and security of our members. The rink book also allows individuals to book slots for play, with five 2-hour slots available each day. Booking for roll-ups, however, is not required; players can simply turn up and play.
