Woking Swimming Club is proud to organise and compete in a variety of swimming events for swimmers of all levels. We believe in providing opportunities for our members to develop their skills and gain confidence in competitive swimming, from beginners to international athletes.
One of the highlights of our club is the annual Club Championships, where our swimmers have the chance to showcase their hard work and talent. It's always a thrilling event filled with friendly competition and support from fellow members.
For our younger swimmers, we also host the Summer and Winter Diddys events. These events are specially designed to cater to our little ones, providing them with a fun and encouraging environment to participate in swimming.
In addition to our exclusive club events, we also have the pleasure of being part of the Hants and South Coast Swimming League and the National Arena Swimming League. These competitive galas give our swimmers the opportunity to compete against other clubs and showcase their skills on a larger scale.
But it's not just about our club events. We also extend a warm welcome to external swimmers from various clubs in our well-loved Octopus and Dasher Open Meets. These meets are held in May and December, so make sure you mark your calendars and secure your spot early, as they tend to fill up quickly!
Our dedicated coaching staff also supports our swimmers in participating in external Open Meets. These meets provide valuable opportunities for our swimmers to compete against a wider pool of talent and further develop their skills.
With a rich history of success, we are immensely proud of our swimmers who have represented our club in prestigious events such as the Surrey County Championships, South East Regional Championships, Inter County Events, National Championships, World Schools' Games, European Junior Championships, World Junior Championships, Commonwealth Games, Paralympics, and more!
