Within You

Within You is a welcoming and empowering Pilates studio located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. The studio, founded by Natalie Lehto, focuses on the core principles of Pilates, including breath, core conditioning, and body awareness. With a strong emphasis on improving posture, increasing strength, and creating balance between strength and flexibility, Within You offers a safe and effective way to stretch, strengthen, and streamline the body without stressing the joints.

In addition to Pilates classes, Within You also provides nutritional coaching to help clients embrace healthy eating habits and make dietary modifications to prevent and treat illnesses. Personal training fitness programs are available for individuals at all levels of fitness, from beginners to those looking to challenge their regular fitness routine.

The studio offers unique classes such as Mom Stroller Bootcamp, a dynamic full-body workout for women and their babies, as well as Warrior Women, a dynamic outdoor workout for women. With a variety of session rates and membership options available, clients can choose the package that best suits their needs and goals.

At Within You, the class sizes are kept small to provide individual attention and support to each client. If a client is unable to make a registered class, they are welcome to make it up at another time within the session. Drop-ins are welcome for those who want to try out the studio before committing to a session or membership.
