Carly, the founder, discovered her passion for holistic therapies during her second pregnancy and made the decision to leave her career as a Quantity Surveyor to pursue this path.

With two beautiful daughters of her own, Carly has seen the positive impact that holistic therapies can have on both her family and herself. By incorporating cards, crystals, and various therapies into their lives, Carly has created a more mindful and less stressful environment for her loved ones.

Carly has invested in extensive training and acquired certification in a range of therapies, including HypnoBirthing, HypnoMothering, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Angelic Reiki, and Angel and Tarot Cards. She considers herself blessed to have discovered her “gift” and is passionate about sharing her experiences with others.

With Carly” include HypnoMothering, which is a one-off 2. 5-hour class designed for expectant mothers, new mothers, and mothers of infants.

This fun and practical class teach mothers techniques to optimise sleep, maintain calmness and balance during challenging days, and find focus and mindfulness amidst the multitude of emotions that accompany motherhood.

HypnoMothering is suitable for various stages of motherhood, including expectant mothers, mothers with babies under two years old, and mothers of preschoolers and beyond. The class includes rapid relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis for positive emotional resources, hypnotic time distortion for sleep, and a connexion to the baby and one's own natural instincts. Participants receive handouts, MP3 tracks, and refreshments during the class.

In addition to HypnoMothering, Carly offers group and private classes for various services, including HypnoBirthing, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, and Meditation.
