The owner and lead instructor of Wings Aerial Fitness is Anne. She has been involved in pole sports for over twelve years and has been teaching classes for over six years. Anne is a life member and past committee member of the Australian Pole Sports Federation (APSF) and holds qualifications as an IPSF Judge, Level 1 anti-doping trainer with the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority, and an IPDFA trained Pole Dance Instructor.
Anne firmly believes that pole in all its forms is suitable for absolutely anyone, as it encompasses fitness, sport, artistry, strength, flexibility, and dance. She is committed to making fitness, health, and well-being available to everyone, which is why she is also passionate about Chair Yoga and Chair workouts.
In addition to pole fitness, Wings Aerial Fitness also offers Bounce Yass Valley classes, mini trampoline Boogie Bounce programmes choreographed to hit music. Anne is a qualified remedial and sports massage therapist, sports trainer, fit ball instructor, and trained and assessor. She loves empowering and encouraging individuals to achieve their health, fitness, and well-being goals through dance, movement, and fun.
