At Wing Chun UK, our teaching methodology incorporates six traditional Forms, or fixed movement patterns, that are integral to mastering Wing Chun. The first form we teach is called Siu Nim Tau (Little Idea) and contains many foundational defensive and offensive techniques specific to Wing Chun.
