To commit to leading a walking group for at least 6 months. Willing to complete a short training course provided by the Heart Foundation. Access to a computer or smartphone with internet access. Available to organise and lead walks on a regular basis, at least once a week.

We offer personalised walking plans to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether you prefer to walk alone or in a group, we have a programme tailored to meet your needs.

If you're passionate about promoting physical activity and want to make a difference in your community, you can also become a Volunteer Walk Organiser. As a Walk Organiser, you will play a vital role in planning and leading walking groups in your area. We will provide you with training and ongoing support to ensure that your group runs smoothly. You'll also receive a thank you gift for signing up and have access to our events and workshops.
