Our training methods include the Conjugate Method Strength Training, RKC Hardstyle Kettlebell, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Strongman, and Powerlifting.

Our Kettlebell classes cater to those who want to master the technique and efficiency of kettlebell training, while our dedicated Strength Training, Powerlifting, and Strongman group classes provide focused training for specific goals.
All our training sessions run for 60 minutes and are available in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, allowing you to find a time that suits your schedule.
